Dr. Stephens says:

I believe when you care for a patient’s health, you have to take care of their mind, body and soul. Only treating a disease process is not as helpful as treating a patient‘s emotional and physical well-being.

I chose family medicine so I could take care of all ages. Taking care of an entire family, from grandchildren, children, parents and grandparents, one gets to learn more in order to be a better doctor to those patients.
